Short description
Dosing unit for the largely dust-free dosing of dry powdered activated carbon to eliminate organic loads (e.g. combined chlorine and THM) from pool water.
Description
Functional description:
Dosing is directly from a 60 l drum. The system can be used for several filter systems by using a suspension distribution. Dustless connection of dosing funnel and suspensor during dosing.
The water is preferably taken from the clean water, dosing takes place on the suction side of the circulation pump.
Delivery includes:
Pedestal: steel, galvanised, powder-coated, to house the following functional groups.
Activated carbon dosing: Drum holder with turning device. Dosing funnel to be placed on the drum. Dosing motor, screw feeder, magnetic knocker to support the dosing. Capacitive switch for drum low-level signal, heated dosing tube.
Suspension system: Pre-filter d 75, motive water pump 0.33 kW/1250 l/h or 0.45 kW/1500 l/h (alternatively without pump, with solenoid valve for mains water supply), suspensor with wetting nozzles, injector for suction and delivery of the suspension, monitoring of pump with pressure switch. Monitoring the suction power of the injector. Level control in rinse tank.
Microprocessor control V61: In IP54 housing, setting of operating and test programmes as well as dosing capacity with 4 stepping switches. Signalling and identification and of faults via 5 LEDs - collective fault message
potential-free. Inputs for external controls. Deactivation of dosing in case of malfunction
